Delia is an emerging artist and sometimes administrator from Lutruwita / Tasmania. She has a particular interest in site-specific, durational work and has performed in all sorts of venues across the country, spanning theatre and contemporary dance. As a maker, she is drawn to feminist encounters of ordinary life and working with youthful perspectives to make bizarre, non-linear experiences. Delia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Theatre) from the Victorian College of the Arts, where she deepened her practice with some of the world’s leading artists.
In Naarm / Melbourne, Delia stage-managed Ilbijerri's development of 'Enuff' as part of their Ensembles X BlakStage programs. She ASM'd iconic Australian theatre company The Rabble's award-winning 'UNWOMAN (the protest)' for Melbourne Fringe Festival. She undertook residencies with Polyglot at the Abbotsford Convent and with CEMENTA festival in Kandos in 2025 while making her own durational work 'hold' for VCA at Testing Grounds. She was a participant in Australia’s inaugural Theatre for Young Audiences Sector meetings and, through this, collaborated with Double and Cross (Taiwan) and Filament Theatre (Chicago, USA) in exchanges of practice.
In Lutruwita / Tasmania, she has performed and worked with Nathan Maynard, ROOKE, Stompin, Mudlark Theatre and the Australian Musical Theatre Festival in a variety of roles.
