FRINGE WORLD

FRINGE WORLD is a summer celebration held in Perth and Western Australia each year. 

It’s the largest annual event in WA and the third largest Fringe in the world. The 2019 FRINGE WORLD Festival will run for 31 days from 18 January to 17 February.

The program of events is all about variety and offering something for absolutely everyone. The line-up includes comedy, circus, free and family entertainment, theatre, visual arts, musicals, dance and cabaret presented by Western Australian artists along with performers from all over the world.

Since getting started in 2011, FRINGE WORLD has had super charged growth and in 2018 the Festival’s free and ticketed attendance topped almost 1 million with over 730 events across.155venues.

FRINGE WORLD is the largest box office generator for artists of any arts festival in WA and the 2018 Festival delivered a box office result of over $10million and since the first full festival in 2012, FRINGE WORLD has paid out over $37million to artists.
