Tanashri Jaising Rane is a theatre artist from Goa whose practice moves between performance, facilitation and costume design. She completed her Master’s in Performing Arts at Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal, after studying at Goa College of Theatre Arts (Kala Academy Goa). Her work is rooted in devised theatre and explores questions of memory, identity, labour and the body. Alongside creating performances, she facilitates theatre workshops with children and young people. She is interested in costume as a performative element and in creating interdisciplinary work that brings together movement, material and visual storytelling.
